These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the MemoChat application ("App") operated by MemoChat ("we", "our", or "us"). By using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. By using the App, you represent that you meet this age requirement.

2. Account

You may sign in using Google Sign-In or a device identifier. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
Harass, abuse, or threaten other users
Upload malicious files or content designed to disrupt the service
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service or other users' accounts
Use the App to generate or distribute spam, malware, or harmful content
Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the service

4. Content

You retain ownership of the content you submit through the App. By submitting content, you grant us a limited license to store, transmit, and display it as necessary to operate the service. We do not claim ownership of your messages or files.

AI-generated responses are provided "as is" and may not be accurate. You are responsible for how you use AI-generated content.

5. File Uploads

You may upload files up to 10 MB per file. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to share any files you upload. We reserve the right to remove files that violate these Terms.

6. Service Availability

We strive to keep the App available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time without prior notice. We are not liable for any downtime or service interruptions.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MemoChat shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App. The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at our discretion if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the App at any time.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
